This listing is specifically for the DCS-RGS-485GD range to convert the unit for use with propane. Other DCS range kits are available. Size of rearmost orifices is 1/8 27 threads, and the size of front (larger) orifices is 5.89 mm (standard equivalent of 0.233 inch or nearly 1/4 inch) and the size of the smaller orifice for the inner (low intensity) burner is 3.0 mm. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic) on the bigger orifices. Many cooktops, free standing stoves and rangetops use these types of orifices and they will retrofit a number of other units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices. A comprehensive factory conversion guide is included. This set includes 15 orifices for a stove with up to 15 burners to convert this unit from natural gas to propane. This kit includes orfices for all 5 open top burners (2 for each 15,000 BTU open top burner which is actually divided into two parts for each burner; 5 for the middle stove top simmer burners which require #80 orifices and 5 for the outer stove top burners which require #56 orifices), two #58 orifice for the griddle (or grille -depends on your set up) of 24,000 BTU, one #51 orifice for the main oven with 30,000 BTU, one #55 orifice for the 12 inch warming oven of 18,000 BTU, and one #55 orifice for the broiler of 19,000 BTU. The stock manifold output pressure for propane must be factory spec at 10.0 W. Contact me if your regulators output pressure is different. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details. These brass orifices fit Jennair model CCG406B and other units. These are replacements for converting singe, double or triple bay cooktops and rangetops regardless of brand from natural gas to propane (LP), so long as the unit uses mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices and fit the specified measurement. Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). These orifices fit Jenn-Air models CCG406B models and others, so take measurements according to the video to see if these units will fit your application. This set includes four #63 orifices. 037 inch hole for the 9,000 BTU burners. These cooktops usually come with a gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane, and other manual adjustments must be made as well, so check your factory instruction manual.
