This kit is intended to specifically convert the Dacor model# DOPA18M9CSM/KD range from Natural Gas to Propane (LP). This is a 36 range with 6 fired top side burners and a single electric oven below. These units have extreme precision specialty burners which use two ultra precision orifices each on 5 burners and 3 for a single burner to tailor the cook flame on extra low for cooking delicate sauces or simmering, while the other orifice(s) is/are used for high intensity heated cooking. There are 4 distinctly sized burners (3 of one type, and 3 distinctly defferent burners) with a staggered array on this unit and that required several distinct types of precision machined orifices like the ones in this kit. The propane output pressure at the regulator is rated at 10 W. While the Natural Gas setting on this range is rated at 5W. It is usually necessary to convert the regulator as part of the conversion.
