This is a kit for The Bar-B-Ques Galore Model CG4TD grille with four burners, and an infrared (rotisserie) burner (at the back of the unit). These brass orifices are a replacement for grilles that use male threaded orifices. They can be drilled to size to convert to natural gas or propane. The size of the rotisserie (infrared) burner is 9.47 mm (0.373 inches or about 3/8 inch) outside thread measurement as shown at the outside of the threads, while outside diameter of the main burner threads is 0.213 inches. Make sure to measure your orifices carefully before ordering. Many bar-b-ques use these types of orifices and they might retrofit a number of other brands. This set includes 5 orifices for a grille with up to 4 main burners and an infrared (rotisserie) burner at the back of the unit. It is usually necessary to swap the regulator as part of the conversion. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details. The main burner orifices come as blanks and so does the pointed rotisserie orifice, so all orifices must be specially bored to suit your application. This grille is rated at 15,000 for the main burners and 12,000 for the rotisserie burner and these figures are quite accurate.
