Use this Cooking Performance Group 351CKFGC3 liquid propane to natural gas conversion kit as a simple way to adjust your safety valve to a different type of fuel. When used with the included burner orifice, this item converts the safety valve on your Cooking Performance Group convection oven from being compatible with liquid propane to being compatible with natural gas. Four burner orifices are included and have a 1.75 mm opening and direct the flow of fuel to the burner. This conversion kit can be used with Cooking Performance Group FGC-20-DDLK (2 kits) and FGC-100-DDL convection ovens.
