Kenmore Natural Gas Conversion Kit Gas Orifices

These brass orifices are a replacement for converting Viking cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves from propane (LP) to natural gas. Size is 1/8 – 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). They will fit a number of units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices, so please view my video link to see how to verify orifice size fitment for your specific unit. This set includes 6 blank orifices with a starter hole that must be bored to size. Most cooktops come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual. No other parts should be required to complete the conversion, so long as your stove uses a dual gas regulator. These orifices come with a #72 pilot hole, and can be drilled to fit your application.
