This kit is intended to specifically convert the Dacor model# HDPR36S/NG range from Propane (LP) to natural gas. This is a 36 range with fired top side burners and a single electric oven below. These units have extreme precision specialty burners which use two orifices each to tailor the cook flame on extra low for cooking delicate sauces or simmering, while the other orifice is used for high intensity heated cooking. There are 3 distinctly sized burners (2 of each type) with a staggered array on this unit and that required 6 distinct types of precision machined orifices, such as the ones in this kit. The propane output pressure at the regulator is rated at 10 W. While the Natural Gas setting on this range is rated at 5W. It is usually necessary to convert the regulator as part of the conversion.
