All orders are inspected for damages before they leave our warehouse. Pallet (skid) count is correct. Packaging in excellent condition. Products in excellent condition. Pallet (skid) or package (box) count is not correct. Theft-prevention shrink wrap shows signs of being torn, replaced or is missing. The packaging is not in excellent condition (include description). This is the quickest way to resolve a claim. A Retain the equipment and receive a cash settlement or replacement parts. We will reship a new item once the damaged item is en route back to us. This is also typically the quickest resolution to a shortage claim. You must establish that the damage occurred prior to you receiving it by sending us photos of both the packaging AND the equipment. Please note, should you refuse to file a claim, the Company cannot be held liable for damages. If within 30 days of the date of receipt you have not unpacked or opened your order and the item is undamaged, you are eligible for return. It will be the customer’s responsibility to file a damage claim with the carrier they selected. We cannot hold damaged equipment for longer than 30 days.
