Many bar-b-ques use these types of orifices and they might retrofit a number of other brands. These are made for that specific Weber model with knobs mounted on the side deck and a stove style burner located on the deck to the left side of the barbecue hood. This set includes 4 orifices for a grille with 3 main burners and a side plate burner. The hose on this regulator is considerably longer than the original equipment hose that came with Weber grilles, stretching some 27 inches from the tank.
