These are orifices specifically to do a NATURAL GAS to PROPANE conversion on the Wolf Model RT364 rangetop. The four burner orifices are rated at 16,000 BTU output while the griddle is rated at 18,000 BTU using the OEM regulator rated at 10 W. C at sea level. This set includes 4 simmer orifices (for low flame), 4 high flame orifices and an orifice for the griddle. Many cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves usually come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details. No other hardware parts should be required to complete the conversion if your unit uses a dual gas regulator.
