These brass orifices are a replacement for appliances that use male threaded orifices. They can be drilled to size to convert to natural gas or propane. Size is rated at 7mm, but actual size at the threads is 5.92 mm (standard equivalent of 0.233 inch or nearly 1/4 inch), so measure your orifices carefully before ordering. Many cooktops, free standing stoves, bar-b-ques, and rangetops use these types of orifices and they will retrofit a number of other units which usually feature a sealed burner design. This set includes 6 orifices for a stove with up to 6 burners. These brass orifices are a replacement for converting Kenmore cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves from natural gas to propane (LP). Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). They will fit a number of units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices, so please view my video link to see how to verify orifice size fitment for your specific unit.
