Dacor Propane Conversion Kit Orifices

These brass orifices are a replacement for converting Dacor cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves from propane (LP) to natural gas. Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). They will fit a number of units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices, so please view my video link to see how to verify orifice size fitment for your specific unit. This set includes 6 blank orifices with a starter hole that must be bored to size. Most cooktops come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual. No other parts should be required to complete the conversion, so long as your stove uses a dual gas regulator. Gaggenau Kg103 Propane (lp) Conversion Kit Orifices

These orifices are specifically for a Gaggenau KG103 which has four burners that produce 6500 BTU (2 burners), 10,000 BTU and 12650 BTU. Using the stock regulator rated set for propane (LP) rated at 10 W. The orifices are bored to #70 (2) for the 2 small burners, #63 for the medium burners and #60 for the large burner. Outside diameter of the threads is 0.272 inches, so measure your orifices carefully before ordering. Many cooktops, free standing stoves, bar-b-ques, and rangetops use these types of orifices and they will retrofit a number of other units which usually feature a sealed burner design. This set includes 4 orifices for a stove with up to 4 burners.
