This listing is specifically for the Jenn-Air PRD3630 Dual Fuel Professional range. The kit contains everything needed to convert this unit from natural gas to propane (LP). Included are 8 orifices and 8 valve bypass jets (aka valve orifices). Orifice sizes for the 2 single flow medium main burner orifices are 1.07 mm (#58) producing 12,000 BTU, 4 main burner orifices are 1.09 mm (#57) producing 15,000 BTU at the large outer part of the dual flow (power) burner, and 2 low (inner) simmer burner orifices are 0.37 mm (#79) producing 4,200 BTU. Valve bypass jets include 4 single flow valve sizes of 0.46 mm (#77) for the main burners rated at 2600 BTU (on low flame), and 2 dual flow main valve sizes of 0.53 mm (#75) for the outer rings rated at 4,200 BTU (on low flame), and 0.34 mm (#80) for 2 dual flow the inner rings rated at 1,000 BTU (on low flame). These brass orifices fit Jennair model CCG406B and other units. These are replacements for converting singe, double or triple bay cooktops and rangetops regardless of brand from natural gas to propane (LP), so long as the unit uses mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices and fit the specified measurement. Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). These orifices fit Jenn-Air models CCG406B models and others, so take measurements according to the video to see if these units will fit your application. This set includes four #63 orifices. 037 inch hole for the 9,000 BTU burners. These cooktops usually come with a gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane, and other manual adjustments must be made as well, so check your factory instruction manual. No other parts should be required to complete the conversion. Instructions from the Jennair installation manual are included with these orifices. These brass orifices are a replacement for stoves that use hooded orifices to convert from propane to natural gas. Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don’t let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). Many cooktops, free standing stoves and rangetops use these types of orifices and they will retrofit a number of other units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices, so please view my video link to see how to verify orifice size fitment for your specific unit. This set includes 6 orifices for a stove with up to 6 burners. Many cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves usually come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details. No other hardware parts should be required to complete the conversion if your unit uses a dual gas regulator.
